At Crowely, we put immense effort into every build to ensure it is a “forever bike.” However, we understand that issues can happen during shipping or manufacturing. This policy outlines how we handle returns, damage, and warranty claims.
1. Shipping Damage
We cover the ride until it gets to you.
If your bike arrives damaged due to shipping, Crowely is fully liable for a replacement. You will not be charged for a replacement bike or return shipping of the damaged unit.
Required Steps:

Inspect the Box: If the box is visibly crushed or open upon delivery, please refuse the shipment or note the damage clearly on the driver’s paperwork before signing.

Report Immediately: If you discover damage after unpacking, you must contact us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.

Photos: Please attach clear photos of the damage and the packaging.
2. 30-Day Defective Guarantee
We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your bike has a manufacturing defect or mechanical failure not caused by user error within the first 30 days of ownership:

We will repair or replace the bike free of charge.

Crowely will cover all shipping costs associated with the return or replacement of a defective unit during this period.
3. Standard Returns (“Change of Mind”)
Because every Crowely is custom-built to your specifications, we generally do not accept returns for “change of mind.”
However, we may approve returns at our sole discretion under the following strict conditions:

Timeframe: You must request the return within 7 days of delivery.

Condition: The bike must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. If the box has been opened or the bike ridden, the return will be denied.

Approval: All returns are subject to approval by Crowely management.

Shipping Costs: The customer is fully liable for all return shipping costs. We recommend insuring the shipment, as we are not responsible if the return is lost or damaged in transit.

4. 5-Year Limited Warranty
Every Crowely bike comes with a comprehensive 5-Year Warranty designed to keep you on the road.
What is Covered?
We will repair or replace any component that fails due to a defect in materials or workmanship for 5 years from the date of purchase. This service is provided free of charge (parts and labor).
What is NOT Covered?
This warranty does not cover damage caused by the customer or normal wear and tear, including but not limited to:

Consumables: Tires, tubes, brake pads, and handlebar tape (unless defective upon arrival).

User Error: Damage caused by crashes, stunts, neglect, improper maintenance, or installation of incompatible parts.

Environmental Damage: Rust or corrosion caused by leaving the bike exposed to the elements.

Unauthorized Modification: Any alteration to the frame, motor, or electrical system voids this warranty.
